When you sign up for any of our services we will ask you to provide contact information for your account. This will include your name, address, e-mail address and payment details (credit or debit card). If you need support from us, our staff may need to know information to solve the problem such as operating system and browser version. When you visit this website we do record certain information using Google Analytics such as your city, browser version, ip address, screen resolution, and operating system, but we do not provide Google Analytics with any personaly identifiable information about you. Our website is protected by an SSL certificate. This encrypts all email and web viewing content to and from your browser and prevents eavesdropping.

Log Files

Payments

Payment for services are paid via an encrypted connection to Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card information, nor do we offer renewable subscriptions for our services. A one-time charge will be made to your debit or credit card for the service purchased.

Email Address Login Storage

When setting up a migration you will enter the email address and password for both the source and destination email servers so that the two can connect to each other to facilitate the transfer of emails between the two servers. We will store these temporarily until your email migration completes. Once completed, you have the option to delete these from our system, which is highly recommended. If left undeleted we will delete it for you a short time after your migraton has completed.

Communications From The Site

When we receive an email from you, we use return email addresses to reply with the information requested. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You will also receive confirmation emails from us when registering, placing an order, and when using two factor authentication, if enabled by you.

Security

The security of your personal information is very important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however we have taken every step possible to make your information safe. This website is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your information. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, as no website can.
